Vrindavan mayor visits Vrinda Mission on Prabhupada’s disappearance day

The mayor promised to improve the situation in Vrindavan and invited all Vaishnava groups to help with the environmental situation. He was very happy to hear that the Vishva Vaishnava Raj Sabha, in their last meeting, decided to ban the use of plastic in their temples.

Plastic cups and bags should be banned from every Vaishnava mission which cares for Bhumi Mata and Yamunaji.

The mayor mentioned how Srila Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada distributed bhakti all over the world and ordered all foreign devotees to continue spreading the glories of Vrindavan. He was very impressed seeing the devotion to Krishna displayed by the foreign devotees, and with their determination to help clean the holy Dham.
